  • Vehicle size. A bigger vehicle has more paint to prepare and coat.
  • Paint condition. If your paint has swirls or scratches, paint correction (1, 2 or 3 stage) can take them out first. The stage it needs changes the price.

What is paint correction?

Paint correction is machine polishing that takes defects out of the clear coat instead of hiding them. A 1-stage correction removes swirls. A 2-stage correction removes minor scratches and swirls. A 3-stage correction goes furthest, for minor scratches, swirls and a showroom finish.
